2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Price and Specs
The 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage debuts with a 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 producing specs of 690 horsepower and 555 lb-ft of torque. This will be the last time the Vantage will be powered by the 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12. Production is limited to just 333 units and it has a release date in the upcoming months when deliveries will begin. Its price has not been announced. However, all models are already sold. Specs
Engine
The 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage is the fastest and most powerful Vantage to date. Its powered by a twin-turbo 5.2-liter V12 producing specs of 690 horsepower and 555 lb-ft of torque. Power goes through a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels. As a result, it can achieve a 0-60 mph time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 200 mph.
Suspension
The new Aston Martin V12 Vantage features a new adaptive damping suspension. This includes new anti-roll bars, bushes, and spring and damper assemblies. The suspension spring rates have been increased by 50% at the front and 40% in the rear. The anti-roll bars are also 5% stiffer at the front and 41% softer at the rear.
Furthermore, these upgrades are supported by a new steering calibration. This improves steering feel and delivers a sharper response.
Brakes
The 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage has Carbon Ceramic Brakes included in its price. For instance, the front brakes measure 410 mm x 38 mm with 6-piston calipers. However, in the rear there are 360 mm x 32 mm brakes with 4-piston calipers. The brakes also save 23 kg of weight in comparison to the standard brakes.
In addition, the CCB brakes maintain consistent braking performance at high temperatures. For example, they can resist brake fade at temperatures up to 800 degrees. As a result, it helps unleash the cars full performance potential with precise control.
Exterior
Widebody
The new Aston Martin V12 Vantage is wider by 40 mm to accommodate a wider track. This optimizes cornering performance and stability. In the front, it features a new bumper design with a full width front splitter. The grille is also 25% larger to allow for more airflow. The hood features a “horse shoe” design engine vent as well.
In the rear, the V12 Vantage has a new bumper with integrated aerodynamics. It surrounds a new lightweight, center mounted, twin tailpipe, exhaust system. Completing the rear is a large wing that adds 204 kg of downforce at top speed.
Lightweight
The body of the 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage is much lighter thanks to a carbon fiber front bumper, hood, front fenders, and rear bumper. It also has a lightweight batter ant the exhaust system is made from lightweight 1 mm stainless-steel. In comparison, this saves 7.2 kg over the standard exhaust system in the Vantage.
Wheels
There are two new wheel design options for the new V12 Vantage. This includes a 21-inch alloy wheel that comes in either satin black or satin black diamond. For an extra price, there is also an optional lightweight wheel that comes in Satin Black. It save an additional 8 kg. Lastly, the the wheels come with Michelin Pilot 4S high performance tires.
Interior
The 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage come Sandra with Sport Plus Seats in full semi-aniline leather. The features the “Wings” quilting and perforation pattern. However, the is also the new carbon fiber performance seats available for an extra price. They feature a carbon fiber shell and manual 6-way adjustment. As a result, they save an additional 7.3 kg in weight. Lastly, Q by Aston Martin can customize the interior to any customer demand.
Price and Release Date
As we mentioned above, the 2023 Aston Martin V12 Vantage will be limited to just 333 units. Its price has not been announced but all units are already spoken for. It has a release date in the upcoming months when customers will begin taking deliveries.
