2022 Lexus NX Price Starts at $37,950
The 2022 Lexus NX price starts at $37,950 for the entry level NX 250 FWD model with an expected release date of this December. In addition, the NX 250 AWD has a price of $39,550 and the NX 350 has a price of $41,550. There is also the hybrid NX 350h with a starting price of $41,050 and the top of the line NX 450h+ with a starting price of $55,560. The 2022 Lexus NX features a new interior interface, four powertrains including two hybrid models, and more space.
NX 450h+
The 2022 Lexus NX 450h+ has an EPA-estimated 36-mile range on electric power only. The system achieves the EV output equivalent to a 2.0-liter engine for an EPA-estimated combined 84 MPGe. When combined with the newly developed hybrid transaxle and a 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder engine, it delivers a 0-60 mph time of 6.0 seconds.
Using the maximum charging current of 240V, the Lexus NX plug-in hybrid electric can be fully charged in approximately two-and-a-half hours when equipped with the optional 6.6 kW Expedited Onboard Charger. However, with the standard 3.3 kW on board charger, charge time goes up slightly to approximately four-and-a-half hours.
NX 250/ NX350
The 2022 Lexus NX 350 is powered by a 2.4-liter sixturbocharged engine producing 275 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Power goes through an eight-speed automatic transmission that propels the model from 0-60 mph in 6.6 seconds. That is over a half-second quicker than the outgoing model and it still achieves an EPA-estimated 25 MPG.
In addition, the first-ever NX 250 is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. It is also mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and can achieve a 0-60 mph time of 8.2 seconds (FWD) or 8.6 seconds (AWD). Both the NX 250 FWD and AWD have achieve an EPA estimated 28 MPG.
NX 350h
The all-new 2022 NX 350h features the Hybrid Drive system. It pairs the D4-S fuel injection 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine with two high-torque electric drive motor-generators. It produces 239 horsepower and can achieve a 0-60 mph time of 7.2 seconds. That is 1.5 seconds quicker than the prior generation and it can also achieve an EPA estimated 39 MPG.
Lexus Interface
The 2022 NX features an all new Lexus Interface multimedia system with a standard 9.8-inch optically bonded touchscreen. For an added price, an optional 14-inch touchscreen includes a three-year trial for Drive Connect services such as location guidance with Cloud Navigation, Destination Assist and Intelligent Assistant.
Lexus Interface also incorporates a new Voice Assistant available through voice activation or accessible via a button on the steering wheel. In addition, the Cloud Navigation system features 100% cloud capability and integrated Google POI data, allowing for faster and more exact directions and mapping. Over-the-air (OTA) updates also offer real-time updates for mapping and enriched media experiences. Lastly, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability come standard.
Safety
The Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 suite of features is included in the price of the all-new 2022 NX. It includes, Road Sign Assist, Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert w/ Steering Assist, Intelligent High Beam, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and more. In addition, the optional Digital Key on NX 350h and NX 450h+ models make vehicle access and parking a breeze.
F Sport
Starting with the 2022 model year, F Sport Handling will be available on the Lexus NX 350. The F SportHandling model includes Active Variable Suspension (AVS) and front and rear performance dampers. The F Sport interior also comes with exclusive Dark Graphite Aluminum trim, a unique meter, bolstered sport seats, a newly developed steering wheel and aluminum pedals and scuff plates set it apart.
The F Sport exterior has new front and rear bumpers, 20-inch gloss black aluminum wheels, black roof rails, and black window trim. Exclusive F Sport colors also include ultra White, Obsidian and Ultrasonic Blue 2.0. Lastly, the NX 350 and NX 450h+ with the F Sport Handling with Luxury package adds the 14-inch touchscreen, unique headlamps and Thematic Ambient Illumination to the styling and performance.
More Room
The 2022 Lexus NX is onger, wider and taller than the previous model with nearly 14% increase in cargo space with the second-row seats up. The overall gross vehicle weight is also reduced by 170 lbs on NX 350 and more than 210 lbs for the NX 350h.

As we mentioned above, the 2022 Lexus NX price starts at $37,950 for the entry level NX 250 FWD. However, the NX 250 AWD has a price of $39,550. Next up is the NX 350 with a starting price of $41,550 and the NX 350h hybrid with a price of $41,050. Lastly, is the top of the line NX 450h+ with a starting price of $55,560. The new NX has a release date of this December with it will begin to arrive at dealerships.
